Born out of one 4 AM airport run gone wrong.
PulseTrip was founded in Bangalore with one simple goal: make planned cab travel as reliable as a flight ticket. When you book a flight, you know exactly what you're paying and you know the seat is yours. We wanted the same experience for ground transport.
On-demand apps are excellent for spontaneous trips. But for airport transfers, outstation journeys, and early-morning city rides, their model breaks down. Surge pricing, driver cancellations, and unknown fares are not acceptable when you're catching a connecting flight or heading to a wedding.
We built a different model: pre-booking with fixed pricing, guaranteed driver assignment, and a no-cancellation commitment from both sides. You pay an advance to secure your booking. We assign a professional chauffeur. Everyone knows what to expect.
