What is the difference between one-way and round trip?+
One-way: you pay only for the ride from A to B. Round trip: you book the cab for the entire duration, ideal for day trips or weekend getaways where you want the same cab for your return journey.
Are tolls and taxes included in the price?+
Toll charges are estimated and included in the displayed price. State border entry taxes (if applicable) are collected by the driver separately at the toll booth, as they vary by route and are difficult to estimate upfront.
What is driver allowance?+
For trips longer than 250 km one way, a driver allowance of ₹350–500/day is charged. This covers the driver's food and accommodation when they stay overnight. The allowance is always shown upfront in your fare breakdown.
Can I book a one-way cab to avoid paying for the return?+
Yes! Our one-way cab service charges you only for your direction of travel. The driver will take the cab back empty — you don't pay for the return.
What if the trip extends beyond the planned hours?+
For outstation trips, extra kilometers beyond the booked distance are charged at ₹14–18/km depending on the cab type. This is shown in the fare breakdown before you book.
Can I make multiple stops during an outstation trip?+
Yes. Add stops in the Special Instructions field. For round trips, you can plan a full itinerary and our driver will wait at each stop (waiting charges may apply beyond 30 min).
Do you provide outstation cabs 24×7?+
Yes. For very early morning or late night departures, book at least 4 hours in advance so the driver can position in time. Night surcharge (10%) applies for pickup between 10 PM–6 AM.
Can I cancel or reschedule my outstation booking?+
We never cancel your booking. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 4 hours before pickup (outstation trips need more lead time). Rescheduling is free; cancellations by you may incur a small fee depending on notice given.
