Cancellation Policy

PulseTrip operates a no-cancellation model for drivers — once you're confirmed, your driver will show up. Customer cancellations are permitted subject to the refund schedule below. The earlier you cancel, the higher your refund.

Important notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Bookings cancelled by PulseTrip (rare, due to operational issues) will receive 100% refund.
  • No-shows (customer not present at pickup) are treated as last-minute cancellations — no refund.
  • Date/time changes to an existing booking are subject to availability and may incur a fare difference.
  • Coupon discounts are not refunded as part of the cancellation amount.
  • To cancel a booking, go to My Bookings → select booking → Cancel booking.
