Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using PulseTrip ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. The PulseTrip service

PulseTrip is a pre-booking cab marketplace. We connect passengers with third-party cab vendors. We do not employ drivers or own vehicles directly. The cab service is provided by the allocated vendor; PulseTrip facilitates the booking and payment.

3. Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is captured by Razorpay.
• An advance payment (typically 25–100% of the fare) is required to secure a booking.
• The remaining balance (if any) is due before or at the time of the trip, as shown during booking.
• Prices shown are inclusive of GST, toll estimates, and driver allowance unless otherwise noted.
• Night surcharge (10%, 10 PM–6 AM) and extra waiting charges (₹3/min after free waiting period) may apply where indicated.

4. Cancellation and refunds

PulseTrip operates a no-cancellation model for vendors — confirmed bookings are guaranteed. Customer cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which outlines refund eligibility based on how far in advance you cancel.

5. User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate pickup/drop addresses and contact information.
• You are responsible for being available at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Free waiting time is provided (30 minutes for airport, 10 minutes for city/outstation). Extra waiting is chargeable.
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes or carry prohibited goods.
• You must treat drivers with respect. Harassment or abuse may result in account suspension.

6. Coupons and offers

• Coupon codes are subject to their individual terms (minimum booking value, expiry, trip type).
• One coupon per booking. Coupons cannot be combined.
• PulseTrip reserves the right to cancel or modify offers at any time.

7. Referral programme

• Referral rewards are credited after the referred user completes their first booking.
• Referral codes may not be shared publicly (e.g., coupon websites) — violation may result in reward forfeiture.
• PulseTrip may modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

PulseTrip facilitates bookings but is not liable for: driver behaviour, vehicle condition, traffic delays, acts of nature, or any indirect/consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

9. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform (including coupon abuse or fake reviews).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
